The terms.

Who can join

You must be 21–65. You declare your age; Rio Now does not verify it. Provide accurate information, use your own photos and keep your personal key private. Do not transfer accounts, bypass access controls or use another person’s credentials.

What the fee is for

Creating a profile and browsing are free. A one-time payment of US$20 unlocks unlimited conversation with one person. Each unlock activates when payment is verified and does not expire. Payments are charged in USD. There are no subscriptions, renewals or automatic charges. Payments are not available yet.

Only the person starting a new chat pays. The recipient can reply and continue that conversation without paying. Once opened, the chat stays available to both people, unless either person blocks the other or deletes their profile; safety and moderation restrictions still apply. Payment is for Rio Now chat access with that one person, not services from another member, and no payment goes to that member.

Each unlock covers only the one person it was bought for and cannot be moved to someone else. It does not expire; hiding a profile or not using the service does not affect it. Deleting your profile ends your unlocks and conversations, without limiting applicable refund or consumer rights.

Billing and refunds

Payments are not available yet. Rio Now at meetrionow.com is operated by Terra Firme, LLC. When enabled, payments will be processed externally in USD for Terra Firme, LLC, and each conversation unlock will activate after verified payment. The exact card-statement name will be shown before payment. The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. If you’re unhappy or have a billing concern, contact us; we’ll review your request individually, including whether a refund is appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights take priority.

Conduct and account action

Follow the Guidelines. Offering, requesting, advertising or arranging any paid service, gift or compensation through Rio Now is prohibited and results in permanent removal. We may restrict or remove accounts for abuse, fraud, safety concerns or other rule breaches. We reserve the right to refuse any profile. We review reports personally; contact support if you want an account decision reviewed. Account removal does not automatically extinguish refund or statutory rights.

Your profile and leaving

Your profile has no automatic expiry date. It is not automatically hidden or deleted for inactivity. After 90 days without activity, it may be flagged for a private administrative review. You can download your data or delete your account in settings. Age eligibility and moderation rules still apply. Privacy explains which records may be retained.

Our role and your rights

You arrange your own conversations and meetings. We do not promise compatibility, a reply, a meeting or another person’s conduct, and Rio Now does not run background checks. We remain responsible for our own service to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory protections in your country and any rights to bring a complaint to a competent authority or court remain available.

We may update these terms with a new date and notice of material changes. A later policy change does not reduce rights attached to an earlier purchase. For questions or complaints, contact Terra Firme, LLC.

Account restrictions and removal

Subject to applicable law, Rio Now may, at its discretion and with or without prior notice, suspend, restrict, hide, remove or permanently delete a profile or account for safety, privacy, fraud prevention, enforcement of these Terms or our policies, legal requirements, operational needs or other legitimate business reasons. We may take immediate action where appropriate. You may contact support to request a review. These powers do not remove mandatory consumer, refund or data-protection rights. Limited records may be retained as explained in Privacy.
